Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 506, 447, 124-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case. It appears that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 18.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
