JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Recovery is made from the other accused persons who disclosed the name of the petitioners and they were also succeeded in fleeing away with motorcycle at the place of the occurrence.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been named in the F.I.R. only on suspicion, having no criminal antecedent and they will ready to co-operate in disposal of the investigation.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S.
