The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.04.2015 the informant received secret information at Biharsharif Railway Station near Mandir four boys were in the process of sale of a stolen motorcycle and the informant along with police party reached there and arrested the petitioner and recovered a Hero Splender motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. It is further

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.
