Though the present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to quash the letter dated 03.11.2023, issued by the District Program Officer (Establishment), Saharsa to the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Private Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Koparia Block, Saharsa, District-Saharsa, directing him to file review petition, before the District Appellate Authority, Saharsa, however, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1896 of 2024(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 respondent-State submits by referring to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that since the petitioner was not posted as Panchayat Secretary at the relevant time, the said direction is not binding upon him.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
