JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 In compliance of this Court's order dated 13.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6847 of 2018, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs. 7,64,474/- has already stood paid to the petitioner i.e. the wife of the deceased employee, hence nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid stand of the opposite parties, which has not been rebutted by the petitioner inasmuch
Patna High Court MJC No.109 of 2022(7) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 as no rejoinder has been filed, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her subsisting grievances, if any by taking recourse to the due process of law.
