2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 560 of 2023 registered on 17.10.2023 lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 308, 34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 34(2) of National Medical Commission Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of the petitioners is that they were running hospital without valid licenses and eligibility certificate.
5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner used to work as sweeper and for sweeper there is no valid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7011 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 certificate needed. He has been made accused in this case only at the instance that he work as sweeper at the hospital. Moreover, petitioner is aged about 32 years and he is in custody since 18.10.2023 having no criminal case pending against him.
6. Counsel further submits that one of the accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4781 of 2024 dated 12.02.2024.
7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 560 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) sunnykr/- U
