2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 14.09.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Aurangabad passed in Complaint Case No. 910 of 2015 by which cognizance of the offences was taken under Sections 354(A), 504, 34 of the IPC.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2016 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.

5. The Court below is directed to proceed in the matter expeditiously and will not grant unnecessary adjournment to either side.
