The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72291 of 2019 by this Court in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019, pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, to the extent the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below. The petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in the aforementioned case with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, but, the petitioner failed to surrender in time in the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6395 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the present modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the aforementioned case.

The order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72291 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
