JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S.Case No. 210 of 2017 registered under Sections 120B and 364/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other persons is of kidnapping the son of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that large number of persons have been made accused and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner, who is aged about 70 years.

Having heard both sides and considering the age of petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest

No.2796 of 2019(3) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S.
