The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner figured in the case on the basis of information of informer of police and thereafter Sunil yadav was arrested who disclosed the name of petitioner. Except the confession there is no other material. The petitioner was not put on T. I. parade and he is in jail since 13.03.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
