A piece of land, bearing Thana No. 142, Khata No. 98, Khesra No. 1799, Jamabandi No. 84, ad-measuring an area of 0-4.13 acres, is seem to have been acquired for construction of National Highway-104. It is the petitioner's grievance that the compensation amount has been received by respondent no. 6, who is son of the brother of petitioner's husband.
