The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.10.2022.
Allegation is of robbing the informant's motorcycle by four unknown accused persons on the gun point. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Shivam Kumar Rai which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Learned counsel for the

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022.
