The bail petition of petitioner was lastly rejected on 07.04.2021, vide Cr.Misc. No. 32731 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, only three witnesses have been examined till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2018 and charge in the case has been framed on 09.07.2019, but there is inadequate progress in the trial.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since
