Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of the informant and according to the prosecution case itself, after death of informant's husband, she established physical relation with the petitioner on promise of marriage but subsequently, petitioner refused to solemnize his marriage with the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Md. Salim, Judicial Magistrate, and Ist Class, Bhagalpur /concerned court in Sabaur P.S. Case no. 236/2014.
