Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a bench of this court, let these petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Chhatarpur P.S.
