The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 262 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR, but the victim girl recovered during the course of investigation and she made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has very categorically stated that the petitioner and others forcibly kidnapped her and committed rape with her after confining her in a room.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
