The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that several stolen articles kept in two gunny bags were recovered from the field of the rice mill of the petitioner and the aforesaid articles had been concealed in a heap of straw. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2016 and the aforesaid recovery has not been made in presence of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
