2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 74, 352 AND 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have entered into a physical relationship with the victim, who is said to be aged about 14 years.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
