JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 344, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section3(X) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section-14 of Child Labour Act.

Petitioner is named but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the informant lodged this case against the petitioner on account of some dispute, arose between the parties on the point of payment of wages and, moreover, the informant has compromised this case and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08-02-2016.

The statements of all the victims have been recorded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17535 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 under Section-164 of the Cr.P.C. and they stated that they were taken to Delhi and forced by the petitioner and other accused to do household work in the houses of different persons. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that investigation of the case has already been completed, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Banka.
