The petitioner is in jail custody since 24-10-2014 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol along with cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession while he was trying to flee after making fire on the police party. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni, Begusarai.
