JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner who is languishing in jail since 11.2.2015 but from perusal of the case diary, I find that investigation has already been completed but the victim is still traceless. Moreover, no specific material has been mentioned by the Additional Sessions Judge in the impugned order against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
