The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhat P.S. Case No. 11/16 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was posted as Panchayat Sachiv in Barhat, Malaypur and other Panchayats. It is submitted that the petitioner deposited entire documents with regard to appointment of teacher and there is no allegation that the petitioner made any appointment or manipulated any document.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
