In the present case, petitioner is claiming for payment of Rs. 22,03,851.50 after deduction of advance money of Rs.13,91,944.50.

An advertisement was published for repair and emergent traffic restoration in Panjwara Dhoraiya road (S.H.84) K.M. 15 for the year 2015-16. Petitioner entered into an agreement for the construction of road. He has completed the work in time to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8648 of 2017 dt.17-07-2017 satisfaction of the respondents but payment has not been made. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna who will be obliged to look into the matter and take a final decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation. If the Principal Secretary arrives to a conclusion that petitioner is not entitled to the said amount, the Principal Secretary after giving hearing will be obliged to pass a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
