JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Considering the fact that the respondent authorities of the Education Department constituted the High Power Committee to examine the possibility of compassionate appointment on Class 3 and Class 4 posts and the High Power Committee has already recommended for appointment on Class 3 and Class 4 posts vide Memo No. 1275 dated 26.09.2019 the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take fresh decision in the light of the recommendation of the High Power Committee. Notwithstanding the previous order dated 15.04.2019 as that order was passed before 26.09.2019

Patna High Court CWJC No.1568 of 2020(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 and as such the respondents have to take fresh decision in the light of development contained in Memo No. 1275 dated 26.09.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of.
