The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 428 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 5.10.2015.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation in the instant case is now

No.4253 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 complete, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisgtrate, II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 428 of 2018.
