JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the Respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made over public road, situated at Village-Semera Labadaha, P.S.-Piparasi, District-West Champaran.

(B). For this road is situated at Mauza- Semera Labadaha, P.S.-No.52 (Piparasi), Khata No.03, Khesara No.3822, Rakaba 2 Kathas, 6 Dhurs, in the District-West Champaran which has been encroached by some local persons, resulting in hardship to the local persons and villagers.

(C) For this land is a pubic road and is mentioned as a road in the Survey Khatiyan, which is in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1303 of 2023(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 existence since 100 years but has been now encroached by some "powerful local persons"

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Piparasi, West Champaran at Bettiah, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
