Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Later on, his name transpired. The allegation is of snatching of motorcycle along with the bag containing Rs. 89,213/- of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was remanded in this case from Rajpur P.S Case No. 90 of 2019 without any cogent material. He is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Heard learned APP also. He submits that the looted motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
