JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.11.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1515 of 2021 whereby alias name of father of appellant no. 6 has not been mentioned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that the name of father of appellant no. 6 is 'late Manjay Rai @ Ajay Rai @ Ajay Kumar Rai'. In the Aadhar Card, name of his father is mentioned as 'Ajay Rai' and in the Aadhar Card of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4796 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 mother, name of her husband is mentioned as 'Ajay Kumar Rai'. Due to this defect, the bail bond of appellant no. 6 is not being accepted by the court below.

In view of the submission made above, this application is allowed. The order dated 01.11.2021 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 1515 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the name of father of appellant no. 6 shall be read as 'late Manjay Rai @ Ajay Rai @ Ajay Kumar Rai' and the period for surrender of appellant no. 6 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
