Deceased, Vibha Devi was married with petitioner on 17.04.2009 and on account thereof, stayed there and during course thereof, was regularly treated with torture and cruelty for fulfilment of demand of dowry and lastly, she was eliminated in the night of 04.11.2013. From the order impugned, it is also apparent that death was on account of throttling. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it was an event of suicide and so petitioner be released on bail. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that whether the ante-mortem injuries leading to the death of deceased happens to be suicide or homicide is a matter of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18193 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 trial which the doctor is competent to explain. For the present, there happens to specific disclosure followed with opinion along with peculiar status of the petitioner to be husband whereunder he is accounted for, prayer for bail is rejected.
