An NGO named and style as Gurukul Anaath Ashram had taken house of petitioner on rent of which Acharya K.B. Anand was the chairman and as alleged, there happens to be detailed description of the modus operandi of Acharya K.B. Anand wherein he deceived cash from the informant as well as other persons. Furthermore, after deceiving them, manage to obtain loan against them from different banks. After receiving notice from the different banks, the informant and others came to know with regard to illegal activity of aforesaid Acharya K.B. Anand.

From the written report as well as from the order impugned, it is apparent that save and except having the status of petitioner to be landlord nothing more remains.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18037 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Bhola Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingarai in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.364 of 2013.
