This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.03.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2825 of 2016 whereunder the petitioner was directed to release on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Araria, in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, subject to depositing 50% of Rs.8,64,458/- in treasury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not able to deposit the aforesaid amount in one time and prayed to modify the order for depositing the 50% amount of Rs. 8,64,458/- in some installments.
