====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He has submitted that he had filed a petition for interim injunction on 7.12.2019 but despite several dates it has not been disposed of till now.

Xerox copies of order sheets of the title suit No. 300 of 2019 has been annexed with the record which shows that on 10.11.2020 the argument was started and the part argument was heard. Again on 3.12.2020 the part argument was heard. But despite several dates it has not been disposed of as yet. As submitted that no order has been delivered as yet. The learned trial court is directed to dispose of the injunction petition within a period of 15 days from receipt of the copy of this order.

With these observations, this miscellaneous petition is being disposed of.
