2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 81823 of 2023.
3. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on the earlier occasion, a report regarding the present stage of the trial and the expected time frame for its conclusion was called for.
4. Upon perusal of the report, it appears that the Sessions Trial is presently at the stage of prosecution evidence. Out of 8 prosecution witnesses, two have already been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7015 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 examined. Out of two Investigating Officers, the evidence of one Investigating Officer is going on. The report further indicates that the trial is likely to conclude within approximately six months.
5. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 395/2022, arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022, pending before the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhojpur at Ara, is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
