JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.06.2014 in connection with Supaul P.S. (Supaul) Case No. 139 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The victim under Section 164 Cr. P.C. statement has stated that she had left with the petitioner on her own will and she has married the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.(Supaul) Case No. 139 of 2015.
