2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16579 of 2022, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 57 of 2021, arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 275 of 2021, pending in the court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai, and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of twelve weeks and furnish bail bond.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 17.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16579 of 2022, due to inadvertent mistake in the party position of the petitioner, "Resident of-Rahatpur, P.S.-Balia (Ballia), DistrictBegusarai" has wrongly been typed in place of "Resident of Village- Pidhauli, P.S. Teghra, District-Begusarai".

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the "Resident of VillagePidhauli, P.S. Teghra, District-Begusarai' be read in place of 'Resident of Rahatpur, P.S. Balia (Ballia), District-Begusarai." The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order dated 17.05.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16579 of 2022 will be same.

5. The order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16579 of 2022, is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. The present application is disposed of.
