2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the injured. He shot at the injured causing fire arm injury on his chest. The petitioner is in jail since 05.07.2024.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9091 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed for the present.

6. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
