The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the written report. Petitioner is lady. The dead body has been recovered from paddy field of Shivnath Choudhary.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4826 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
