The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR would reveal that allegation of commission of murder by assault with lathi is against co-accused Sandeep Das @ Chhotu Das. There is no such allegation against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
