The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 517 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased (husband's sister).

The accusation in the FIR is of killing the deceased for non-fulfillment of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she was married in another family, long

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 517 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
