2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376D, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of gang rape. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R.. committed rape with the victim. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is
