The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) A/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner two cartridges are said to have been recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 20.4.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Brijeshmani Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
