JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Urdu teacher in the year 2007. Subsequently, it was found that the certificate of B.Ed. of the petitioner, obtained from some institute at Hisar in Haryana, was forged. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after eight years of appointment the issue has been raised and no proper verification has been made with regard to B.Ed. certificate of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the investigation is still going on.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18190 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail till conclusion of investigation in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 257 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further that the petitioner will regularly cooperate in the investigation.
