Patna High Court CWJC No.1816 of 2023(3) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 alternative statutory remedy under Section 13(a)(iii) of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this Court permits learned counsel for the petitioners to withdraw this writ application in order to avail the statutory remedy.

If any such remedy is applied for within a period of 30 days from today and a question of limitation arises for consideration, the same will be considered keeping in view that the petitioners had been advised to move this Court in its writ jurisdiction and they were pursuing their remedy under some bonafide beliefs.
