According to written report of the informant, petitioner took her in a hotel and committed rape on her but when the statement of informant was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C, she stated a different story and did not name the petitioner rather stated that one person was caught near the railway station by the passengers and the said person was handed over to G.R.P. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
