JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya whereby and whereunder the selection and appointment of the petitioner on the post of Aganbari Sewika for Aganbari Centre Narawat Bhui Tola Code-94 in Atari Block, District-Gaya has been cancelled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23789 of 2018(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority against the order dated 20.11.2018.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority and in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appeal of the petitioner shall be decided on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.

It is needless to state that in case, the said appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three months, thereafter, after giving appropriate opportunity to the StateRespondents as also to the Private Respondent No. 9, namely, Pooja Kumari.
