2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/380 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties have resolved their dispute through the mediation proceeding on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of agreement vide Mediation proceeding no. 770/2024 dated 12.7.2024.
4. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8805 of 2024(5) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Saharsa in Salkhua Police Station Case No. 162 of 2007, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
