2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ladaiyatar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 18, 20, 22 and 23 of the UAP Act.
3. The petitioner is a named accused in the FIR, which alleges involvement in Naxalite activities. The co-accused, Gore Lal Naiya, was arrested on the spot and has named the petitioner and others as his associates.
4. During the search, a double-barreled gun, loaded live cartridges, 14 pieces of 12 bore bullets inside a polythene bag, Naxalite pamphlets, and other materials related to Naxalite
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4345 of 2026(3) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 activities were recovered from the arrested accused. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2025 and is an absconder.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
