The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 179/2018 dated 18.12.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
