The present writ appreciation has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.01.2015 issued by the District Magistrate, Vaishali whereby this petitioner has been put under suspension in contemplation of departmental proceeding for unauthorized absence from duty.

From the perusal of the materials on record and in view of the counter affidavit, it appears that the suspension

Patna High Court CWJC No.2669 of 2020(6) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 order has already been revoked by order dated 01.04.2017 by the District Magistrate, Vaishali and departmental proceeding has already been initiated and memo of charge has been served on petitioner vide order dated 15.03.2020.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ application has become infructuous and it is being disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceeding within a period of four months from today. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U
