Perused the application seeking modification in the order dated 29.11.2016.

It is stated that in the said order dated 29.11.2016, it has incorrectly been printed that petitioner would ventilate his grievance before the Tribunal constituted by the State Government. The petitioner had not pressed the application in order to ventilate his grievance before the learned arbitrator. Learned counsel for the Railways states that there is

Patna High Court MJC No.1312 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 relevant clause in the agreement under which the petitioner can approach the arbitrator.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of. The order dated 29.11.2016 is modified to the extent that in the second paragraph of the said order the words "the Tribunal constituted by the State Government" shall be substituted by the words "learned arbitrator".

Oder dated 29.11.2016 is accordingly modified to the extent indicated above.
